Paso Robles restaurant celebrates five years with public event
The Alchemists’ Garden opened in downtown Paso Robles in 2020
– The Alchemists’ Garden, located in downtown Paso Robles, will celebrate its five-year anniversary with a public event on July 31 from 7 to 9 p.m. at 1144 Pine St. Admission is free with RSVP. The celebration will include a live DJ and complimentary birthday cake. The full food and drink menu will be available for purchase.
The Alchemists’ Garden was founded by five local hospitality specialists: Tony Bennett, Alexandra Pellot, Norin Grancel, Andrew Brune, and Quin Cody. The team opened the bar and restaurant in 2020 as a space combining cuisine, craft cocktails, and interior design.
Co-owner Alexandra Pellot said, “They say that age is an issue of mind over matter. But if you don’t mind, it really does not matter! We invite everyone to come and celebrate five years of growth and togetherness. We couldn’t have done it without you.”
“Creating a space where people gather to celebrate and connect has been a privilege,” said co-owner Quin Cody. “Every step we have taken, every long night, every small detail, has all been worth it because of the community that has filled The Alchemists’ Garden. We are here because of you, and we are endlessly grateful.”
The Alchemists’ Garden describes itself as a restaurant and bar created to bring people together in downtown Paso Robles. It is known for its cocktail program, seasonal food, and hospitality.
