“I wanted to give readers an authentic look at the restaurant world—the good, the bad, and the downright ridiculous,” Thomas said. “It’s a story of resilience, adaptability, and finding humor even when things seem impossible.”

Thomas also reflects on her role in shaping Paso Robles into a culinary destination. In addition to running successful restaurants, she writes for two national magazines, where she shares her expertise on food and wine. Thomas also mentors aspiring restaurateurs through SCORE, using her experiences to guide others on their entrepreneurial journeys.

“Fork Me” is available in print and eBook formats on Amazon.
