Senior center meets fundraising goal with jewelry sale

Second sale to be held from Nov. 4-8
– The Paso Robles Senior Center held its first All That Glitters Jewelry Sale from Aug. 12-16. Co-coordinators Micki Wright and Elaine Ernst organized the event with the goal of raising funds to purchase a bottom-loading water dispenser for the center.
The fundraising goal was met, and the new water dispenser will soon be installed at the center, located at 270 Scott Street. The dispenser will provide hot, cold, or ambient temperature water for visitors.
Due to the large amount of jewelry donated, there will be a second sale from Nov. 4-8. The sale will feature vintage jewelry at affordable prices. Additionally, a silent auction will be held the week after Thanksgiving for several exquisite pieces of jewelry.
The sales are open to the public, and the community is invited to participate by donating jewelry or making purchases.
