Paso Robles sergeant completes leadership program 

Program required Sergeant Josh Hermanson to dedicate a week each month over the past eight months

– The Paso Robles Police Department announced that Sergeant Josh Hermanson has completed the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute (SLI), a program that required him to dedicate a week each month over the past eight months. During this time, Hermanson often spent time away from his family and colleagues to attend the program in Anaheim.

Hermanson invested numerous hours reading books, writing reports, and building relationships with other sergeants across the state. SLI is designed to equip future leaders with essential leadership tools.

The police department congratulated Hermanson on this significant leadership milestone and acknowledged his efforts in representing the department throughout the program.
