Paso Robles student earns top honors at University of Alabama 

– Gillian Ritchey earned a spot on the University of Alabama’s President’s List for fall semester academic achievement.

Ritchey, a freshman nursing student and Paso Robles High School graduate, achieved a 4.0 grade point average during her first semester at the university.

According to the University of Alabama, 14,631 students made either the dean’s list with a 3.5 GPA or higher, or the president’s list with a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall semester. The university offers more than 70 undergraduate programs across 12 colleges and schools.
