Paso Robles student named to University of Wyoming honor roll

    – Kira Reisner, of Paso Robles, was named to the fall semester academic honor roll at the University of Wyoming.

The university released its fall semester Dean’s and Dean’s Freshman Honor Rolls on Feb. 19, listing students who qualified for the recognition.

The honor rolls include regularly enrolled undergraduates above freshman standing who earned a 3.4 or higher grade-point average, and freshmen who earned a 3.25 or higher grade-point average.

To qualify, students must have been enrolled in at least 12 credit hours taken for letter grades.

The University of Wyoming enrolls 10,388 students from all 50 states and 73 countries. Established in 1886, the university offers 200 areas of study and provides undergraduate and graduate programs. The institution reports a low student-to-faculty ratio and opportunities for undergraduate research.
