– Paso Robles Wine Merchant, nestled in the Paso Market Walk on Spring Street, celebrates their 4 Year Anniversary on August 1st. Under the direction of husband-and-wife owner-operators, Justin and Julie Fischer, the Paso Wine Merchant has become a beloved local institution.
The food menu offers locally sourced and seasonally driven dishes, paired with a selection of some of the best small wine producers in Paso Robles and the Central Coast. Their commitment to quality, sustainable farming, and passion for wine has created a unique experience for both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. Customers can enjoy a glass at the bar with their meal, explore a bottle from the curated retail section, or participate in one of the many Winemaker Events and Wine Club.
