Paso wine alliance launches new iPhone app
The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance announced that a new local wine iPhone app is now available for free download on the Apple App Store.

The new PasoWineApp gives Paso Robles wine enthusiasts a tool to plot their wine country trip, remember their favorite wines and wineries, share with friends and keep up on the latest happenings in Paso Robles Wine Country.
Wineries Map: Users can find their ideal destination by filtering 160 Paso Robles wineries by their exact location, desired varietal or both. Once the winery is selected, users can check-in, call, get directions, share with friends via Twitter, Facebook and Email, and add to their list of favorites. Winery information includes a general overview, tasting fee, hours, amenities, varietals and the ability to connect with them via social media.
Events: No need to miss an event since the events tab lists regional and winery specific events, with the ability to add to your calendar, share with friends and more.
Favorites: Users will save their favorite wineries and wines in the Favorites tab by selecting the heart icon in the winery profiles, so they don’t forget what Paso wine they loved when back home in their local restaurant or wine shop.
More to Explore: To complete the visitor experience, dining, lodging and transportation options are included, as well as other suggested activities.
Social Activity: A social media component is also part of the App, so users won’t miss a beat with all Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts with the #PasoWine hashtag included in the Social Media tab.
The PasoWineApp is free for download for iPhone on the Apple App Store. From your device, search for PasoWineApp. For a link to download the app, click here. It requires iOS 6.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5 and uses 5.2 MB of space.
