Petrella coming to Pear Valley Friday
–Petrella, the first lady of Country Soul will be performing at the Pear Valley tasting room Friday, Sept. 6 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. During the event, Hurricane Kitchen will be on-site selling food. Pear Valley wine is available by the glass or the bottle.
Petrella’ band consists of Central Coast Musicians, including Joe Duran (Bass guitar and Music Director, Soul’d Out), Matthew White (Lead Guitar, Ballistic Cats), Brent Dannells (Keyboard, Dr. Danger Band) and Dean Giles (Drums, several CC bands).
With more than three decades as a singer/songwriter and recording artist, Petrella’s style melds hints of Aretha Franklin, Patsy Cline, Macy Gray and Tina Turner into a beautiful, versatile sound all her own.
