Petrella, ‘First Lady of Country Soul’ coming to Paso Robles
–Petrella, The First Lady of Country Soul, and her band “Mixed Influence” bring her blend of R&B, Blues, Country with a Rock edge to the Central Coast with a performance at Chateau Lettau, located at 840 13th Street South, Paso Robles on Saturday, on July 7 from 7 – 9 p.m. Petrella’ band consists of Central Coast Musicians, including Joe Duran (Bass guitar and Music Director, Soul’d Out), Matthew White (Lead Guitar, Ballistic Cats), Brent Dannells (Keyboard, Dr. Danger Band) and Dean Giles (Drums, several CC bands).
With more than three decades as a singer/songwriter and recording artist, Petrella’s style melds hints of Aretha Franklin, Patsy Cline, Macy Gray and Tina Turner into a beautiful, versatile sound all her own.
