Planning commission to vote on cannabis delivery permits, short-term rental regulations

city of paso robles news–The Paso Robles Planning Commission will be discussing and voting on two important items at the April 23 meeting.

The first item is regarding adoption of an amendment to allow the only local medical cannabis delivery service to continue to operate in the city.

The current medical cannabis delivery services, Dubs Green Garden located on Black Oak Drive, has improved an existing blighted building and operated for the last year without any issues, according to the Planning Commission report. Adoption of the proposed amendment would allow Dubs to apply for a conditional use permit that would allow them to operate permanently as long as they are in compliance with the CUP.

The second item on the agenda is dealing with short term rentals. The commission will vote on an amendment to the zoning code to add provisions regulating short-term rentals in all zoning districts throughout the city.
