Pleasant Valley Wine Trail raises 11k for San Miguel School

–The members of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail recently donated $11,000 to the Pleasant Valley School’s PASE organization (Parents Actively Supporting Education).

The donation was made possible from the proceeds of the sold-out “Evening Under the Estrella Sky Winemakers’ Dinner.” Owners and winemakers of all the member wineries shared their wines and enjoyed a 4-course dinner with more than 150 guests during an unforgettable evening at Hartley Farms in San Miguel. The venue was donated by Hartley Farms, and all of the members donated prizes and the wines that were poured throughout the evening.

“We are so thankful to everyone who came out in support of this event and are so thrilled to receive this generous donation that will go a long way toward funding educational field trips and other activities this year,” said Wendy Nielsen, Superintendent/Principal of The Pleasant Valley School.
PASE is a non-profit organization that benefits all the students and families of the Pleasant Valley School. All funds raised and donated are returned to the students to fund special events and programs.

The date for next year’s event is August 15, 2020, and the beneficiary will be Must! Charities. It will be held at Harley Farms. Get a 4-course dinner with wine pairings for just $150 per person, or $1050 for an entire table of 8 (Buy 7, get 1 Free).
