Police commander announces retirement 

–Paso Robles Police Commander Tim Murphy has officially retired after 15 years serving the Paso Robles community. Murphy has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Detective, Sergeant and most recently as a Commander. He also served on the San Luis Obispo County Regional SWAT Team for over 10 years.
