Police say man stole items on multiple occasions
–The Paso Robles Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a subject who they say stole items from Target on multiple occasions.

Couldn't agree more. I often wonder why they bother having a camera at all. This one isn't great but I've definitely seen worse.
