    Police seek suspects after wallet theft at local grocery store 

    Credit cards reportedly used immediately after theft for more than $5,000

    – Police are seeking the public’s help identifying two suspects after a wallet theft and fraudulent credit card use Feb. 6, according to the San Luis Obispo Police Department.

    A 74-year-old woman reported her wallet was stolen while she was shopping at Trader Joe’s. Her credit cards were later used at Best Buy, Dollar Tree, and for online purchases totaling $5,062.74. Police said two suspects were seen using the stolen credit cards immediately after the theft occurred.
