Portion of Riverwalk Trail to close for repairs
Temporary closure runs Jan. 26 through Feb. 13
– The City of Paso Robles Community Services Department announced a temporary closure of a segment of the Riverwalk trail for asphalt repairs and slurry sealing.
The closure is scheduled from Monday, Jan. 26, through Friday, Feb. 13. The affected section of the Riverwalk trail runs along River Road, extending north and south of the Rader Bridge, also known as the 13th Street bridge, in Paso Robles.
“This repair project is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to improve and maintain our community’s infrastructure,” said Angelica Fortin, Community Services Director for the City of Paso Robles. “This corrective maintenance will ensure that the trail remains a safe and enjoyable route for pedestrians and cyclists for years to come.”
During the closure, the public is asked to follow posted signage and detours. Closure and detour signs have been placed at trailheads to notify pedestrians.
