Public works officer receives 30-year service award
Officer has reported temperature and precipitation in dedicated water observation program
City of Paso Robles Public Works Officer Kelly Dunham an Observer at the Paso Robles Water Department received a 30-year service award.
–City of Paso Robles Public Works Officer Kelly Dunham, an Observer at the Paso Robles Water Department, received his 30-year service award from the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recently.
Kelly reports both temperature and precipitation and has been dedicated to the observation program. The award was presented by Observing Program Leader Bonnie Bartling, National Weather Service, Los Angeles-Oxnard, CA.
