Quilts and handmade stationery exhibit at library in June
–The Almond Country Quilters are on display the month of June in the Paso Robles City Library. According to one member, “The quilts represent the maker’s interpretation of a pattern or original design, choice of colors, style and fabric selections. Quilts may be made and completed by hand or may be machine pieced and machine quilted.”
The mission of the group is to promote knowledge and encourage participation in the craft and art of quilting, patchwork, appliqué, and other aspects of quilt making.
Also is June, the Library’s Display Case will present handmade stationery by Kathy Sobowitz.
