‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ distillery event slated for Feb. 25 

Second annual event hosted at the Estrella Warbird Museumdown the rabbit hole distilleries paso robles

– The Distillers of San Luis Obispo County invite everyone to their 2017 Down the Rabbit Hole event. This 2nd Annual Event will take place on Feb. 25 from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Estrella Warbird Museum. Indulge in everything Alice in Wonderland themed including tastings of the best distilled spirits in San Luis Obispo County.

A ticket to this mad tea party includes a commemorative Distillery Trail glass to take home, access to some of the most popular food vendors in the county, and the opportunity to participate in the silent auction. Distillers that will be pouring include Azeo, Bethel Rd. Distillery, Pendray’s Distillery, Krobar Craft Distillery, Re:Find Distillery, Red Soles Stillhouse, Wine Shine, the Distillery at Opolo, Manucci Spirits and Autry Cellars. VIP tickets are selling fast and guarantee early entrance, as well as exclusive cocktails that will only be available in the “Queen’s Royal Parlor!”

While enjoying specialty cocktails with each of the featured spirits, food vendors will be serving delicious bites of local flavor. Crush Catering, Full of Life Flatbread, Old San Luis BBQ, Street Side Ale House, Sugar Lips Donuts, Hurricane Kitchen and the Pairing Knife will all be joining the Distillers of SLO County to round out the evening of drinks, food and fun.

“This once-a-year event brings all of our local Distilleries together,” said Pendray’s Distillery Owner Lola Glossner. “It is sure to provide attendees the opportunity to learn more about the distilling process, its connection to today’s mixology and to taste through the outstanding spirits that the distilling community is producing.”
