Ravine Waterpark honors first responders with weekend discount
– Ravine Waterpark will host First Responders Weekend on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24, offering discounted admission and free mini golf for local emergency personnel.
All EMTs, paramedics, firefighters and police officers will receive 50% off regular admission and free mini golf with a valid ID or badge. The discount applies only to the first responder.
“Our first responders are the backbone of our communities,” said Steven Gifford, general manager of Ravine Waterpark. “Their bravery and selflessness deserve recognition, and this weekend is our way of saying thank you. We invite them to relax, enjoy, and make memories with family and friends.”
The waterpark is open weekends only through Labor Day, with the season ending Sept. 1.
