Registration still open for Atascadero youth basketball 

–Today is the deadline for regular registration for Atascadero youth basketball. Late registrations with a $10 late fee will be accepted thru Oct. 23 if there is availability. The league is open to boys and girls in the 1st through 8th grades. The program stresses the importance of individual skill development, team work, sportsmanship, and fun. The cost to participate in the league is $90 per child, which includes a league t-shirt and a participation award. There is a $5 discount available to additional family members. Registration is being accepted at the Colony Park Community Center located at 5599 Traffic Way in Atascadero.Youth_Basketball

Practices will start the week of Nov. 30 and will take place during the week. League games begin in January and will be held on Saturdays, with an occasional Friday game.

All players should plan to attend a player skill clinic, and there is now a final make-up clinic scheduled for all grades on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at the Colony Park Community Center. League registration will also be accepted at the Skills Clinic.
