– The Restaurant at Justin has retained both its Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star rating as part of the 2025 Michelin Guide California. It is one of 15 restaurants in the United States to receive both honors and remains the only winery restaurant with this distinction.
Executive chef Rachel Haggstrom, executive sous chef Stanley Carbajal, and restaurant manager Nazare Azevedo accepted the awards during the annual Michelin Guide California ceremony held in Sacramento. During the event, they joined in recognizing five new restaurants added to the guide.
The Restaurant at Justin has earned a place on the list for four consecutive years. Led by Haggstrom, the culinary team focuses on a farm-to-table approach. Approximately 95 percent of the produce used in the restaurant’s seasonally rotating menu is sourced from either the Justin Estate Garden or local farmers and purveyors throughout the Central Coast. The restaurant is also one of the largest purchasers at the local farmers’ market.
The Restaurant at Justin offers a multicourse, prix-fixe menu featuring California cuisine, complemented by pairings from Justin’s wine portfolio. Located at Justin Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, the estate includes a tasting room, luxury accommodations at the Just Inn, and the restaurant itself. It is one of the few wineries on the Central Coast to offer all three amenities.
Dinner service is available Thursday through Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made at justinwine.com/dine.
