Riboli Family Wines names Paul Roberts chief commercial officer

Roberts to oversee sales, commercial strategy, and market development
– Riboli Family Wines has promoted Paul Roberts from senior vice president of sales to chief commercial officer, effective immediately.
In his new role, Roberts will continue to lead sales operations while adding responsibilities for commercial strategy, market development and revenue growth initiatives.
“Paul has consistently brought clarity, leadership, and results to our commercial operations,” said Steve Riboli, president and CEO of Riboli Family Wines. “Since joining our team, he has established a strong national sales structure, negotiated impactful distributor partnerships, and positioned us for long-term growth. Elevating him to CCO is both a reflection of his impact on the company to date, as well as a strategic move as we expand our portfolio and strengthen our presence in key markets.”
Roberts said he is looking forward to the expanded role. “I’m honored to take on this new role at such a dynamic time for Riboli Family Wines,” Roberts said. “We have an incredible portfolio and a talented team, and I look forward to continuing to drive smart growth while deepening our trade and distributor partnerships.”
During his time as senior vice president of sales, Roberts led national sales initiatives and built distributor relationships that contributed to company growth across multiple markets.
Riboli Family Wines, which has operated for nearly a century, produces brands including Stella Rosa, San Simeon, San Antonio and Spritz del Conte. The company remains family-owned and focused on expanding its market presence.
