Rick Springfield to perform at Rava Wines
–Rava Wines and Events has announced that Grammy-award winner and rock legend, Rick Springfield, will perform a solo concert at Rava Wines and Events on March 16, 2019.

Springfield will be performing an intimate evening of music and storytelling, treating fans to a special solo “Stripped Down” show, which will include a plethora of his past hits.
Over the past four decades, Springfield has worn many hats as a performer and writer. The creator of some of the most memorable power-pop songs of the ’80s, the Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and musician has sold more than 25 million albums and scored 17 U.S. Top 40 hits, including “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “An Affair of the Heart,” “I’ve Done Everything for You,” “Love Somebody,” and “Human Touch.”
An acclaimed author, Springfield has written two New York Times bestsellers, a memoir and a novel. Rolling Stone recently said Springfield’s, Late, Late at Night, remains one of the top-50 rock memoirs of all time, ranking it at No. 23.
Springfield is also an accomplished actor who has starred opposite Meryl Streep in the feature film Ricki and the Flash, gave a chameleonic performance as the creepy Dr. Pitlor in HBO’s prestige drama True Detective, earned great reviews for his portrayal of Lucifer this season on the CW hit, Supernatural, and most recently played Pastor Charleson American Horror Story.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. providing plenty of time to sample Rava’s estate-grown sparkling wines. Gourmet comfort-food meals and snacks will be available from the region’s top food trucks, including: The Truck and Farmhouse Corner Market.
