Road work leaves Spring Street uneven
–Road construction at Spring Street at 13th and 14th has torn up Spring Street and turned it into a roller coaster for those who drive through downtown Paso Robles. Ditas Esperanza of the Public Works Department says work on the underground utilities in the overnight hours has required workers to leave it rough and uneven during the daylight hours.
Esperanza says that the work on those intersections will be completed this week and the pavement will be restored by late this week. In the interim, the public is advised to drive slowly on Spring Street through the 13th and 14th intersections.
