Road work scheduled this week on Highway 46 East
Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with delays
–Caltrans will perform a crack sealing operation on Hwy. 46 East in both directions from McMillan Canyon Road to the Shandon Roadside Rest Area beginning Tuesday, Feb. 16 through Thursday, Feb. 18 from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and on Friday, Feb. 19 from 8:30 a.m. until 12 noon.
Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with delays not to exceed 20 minutes, according to Caltrans. Electronic message boards have been posted to inform the public about this roadwork.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
