Rock’n’Robles Pizza coming to the Oak Hill Center at Lake Nacimiento
New pizzeria with beer and wine bar opening this summer
A new pizza parlor, Rock’n’Robles Pizza, will be part of the growing Oak Hill Center at Lake Nacimiento. Adjacent to the Oak Hill Market, Rock’n’Robles Pizza will serve the Heritage Ranch community and surrounding area.
“Milt Souza who’s the owner of the Oak Hill Center and the Oak Hill Market has really changed our way of life out here. He set out to serve our community… we just wanted to be a part of that idea!” says Patty Sieveke of Rock’n’Robles Pizza, who along with fellow owner Bill Kauker is preparing for the opening of the restaurant which is tentatively scheduled to open its doors early summer. “We really set out to create a gathering place for the community… a place for everyone to come together,” Ms. Sieveke said.
The parlor will serve handmade pizzas, appetizers, salads, Panini sandwiches and other options, to pair with local craft and larger production beers available on tap and by the bottle. The parlor will also feature local wines of the region and beyond, served by the glass and bottle. Pizza delivery to the local area is also planned.
The parlor will have televised sports on multiple screens at the bar and in the dining area, as well as outside under the outdoor covered patio. It is also set to have an outdoor country porch stage that will showcase local and traveling musicians. The restaurant was designed by Keith Hall of Parallel Design Studios in San Luis Obispo.
“Thanks to Wieman Construction and everyone who’s had a hand in making Rock’n’Robles come together, really soon we’ll be serving up some great pizza and drinks in an incredibly cool, comfortable, and fun environment,” said Kauker.
They are looking to hire all positions: experienced Cooks, bartenders, hosts, servers, bus persons, dishwashers, and delivery drivers. Candidates are encouraged to go to www.rocknrobles.com to download an employment application.
