Sale, possession of fireworks within the city of Paso Robles is prohibited
–The Department of Emergency Services would like to remind residents that the sale or possession of fireworks within City limits is prohibited by Paso Robles Municipal Code. Current conditions in San Luis Obispo County are optimal for a large wildland fire – please do your part to help our Department prevent a catastrophe in our area.
To keep the community safe, the PRPD and Emergency Services will be actively enforcing violations of the Paso Robles Municipal Code related to illegal fireworks.
