San Miguel store expands inventory to include food, produce
Residents and visitors now have another alternative to shop for food in San Miguel.
Dollar General now has fresh vegetables, many other food products
– Dollar General on 9th and K streets in San Miguel expanded its store. The retailer has added fresh fruit, vegetables, and other food products not previously sold in the store. Beginning Thursday afternoon, the staff started stocking the shelves with the new items.
This means residents and visitors have another alternative to shop for food in San Miguel. Although the store previously sold chips and soft drinks, it now has fresh vegetables and many other food products.

Manager Cindy Campos says, “We are excited to offer produce and a greater variety of food products to shoppers in San Miguel. So far, the response from residents is great, but we’re just getting started.”
Dollar General Discount Store Grocery is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It’s located just off 101 at 9th and K Streets.
