Scenes from the 84th Annual Pioneer Day
The 84th Annual Pioneer Day on Saturday, Oct. 11 was a huge success for the City of Paso Robles. The day began with a Children’s Pet Show and Little Cowboy and Cowgirl and the Pioneer boy and girl contests.
The traditional Pioneer Day Parade kicked off at 16th and Spring streets and featured about 190 entries. Following the parade the day’s festivities included antique and classic car judging, a free bean feed in the park, tours of the downtown park Carnegie Library and Historical Museum, a Whiskerino contest, a concert by Monte Mills, a horseshoe pitching contest, and much more.
