School district to host first-ever Future Bearcat Spring Festival
– Paso Robles Joint Unified School District announced it will host its first Future Bearcat Spring Festival on May 2 at Parrish Field.
The districtwide event will take place at Paso Robles High School, 801 Niblick Road, and is open to families across the community.
Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. and include carnival games, food, and a Bearcat Boosters barbecue. A movie screening will follow at 7 p.m. Organizers said attendees can also participate in a silent auction, with proceeds supporting local schools and student programs.
Several school principals and Superintendent Loftus will participate in a dunk tank during the event.
The festival is intended to bring together students and families from across district campuses.
Tickets cost $10 per person. Children ages 4 and under will be admitted free. Organizers are offering a promotion using the code springfest26 for five tickets for the price of four. Tickets are available online and at school offices.
Paso Robles Joint Unified School District serves more than 6,400 students in northern San Luis Obispo County.
