Kiki Wow, Johan Seige share double bill at Sculpterra Winery
Sweden’s Johan Seige and Carmel’s Kiki Wow are touring together and will be sharing a featured set at Sculpterra Winery, 5015 Linne Road in Paso Robles, on Sunday, Oct. 20 as part of the ongoing Songwriters at Play Showcase from 1-4 p.m.
Seige may be Swedish, but his music is Americana – a mix of rock, blues and country. A former hard-rock drummer, his musical style is now described as “simple and relaxed.” Wow’s latest CD, “Deep Gratitude,” shows a pop-rock style similar to Jewel or Sheryl Crow.
Nick Motil of the duo Jane & Michael Banks, Portland’s Josh Hoke, and Jody Jones from Fort Worth will also be part of the Oct. 20 lineup.
A tip jar will be passed around during the featured set, otherwise no cover charge. All ages are welcome – Sculpterra is a great place for a family picnic. For more information, call (8050 226-8881.
