The Salinas River is flowing in Paso Robles after recent rains.

–The following are the measurements taken at 7 a.m. each day over the weekend:

• Feb. 16 – .13-inches
• Feb. 17 – .15-inches
• Feb. 18 – .06-inches

New season total: 16.18-inches
