Sensorio to host finale of Paso Robles jazz festival
Three jazz pianists to perform solo sets at outdoor venue
– Paso Robles jazz club Libretto announced the inaugural Paso Robles Jazz Fest, scheduled for April 24–26, with a final concert set for April 26 at Sensorio.
The multi-day festival will conclude with performances by Elysia Biro, Gerald Clayton, and Taylor Eigsti, who will each present solo sets at the outdoor venue. The event will take place on Sensorio’s VIP Terrace and will include a multi-course dinner and live performances staged alongside the Field of Light installation.
Organizers said a Steinway & Sons concert grand piano will be placed within the installation for the performances, marking the first time the instrument will be used in that setting.
“Sensorio was built to create moments that stay with you long after you leave the hillside. Hosting the grand finale of the inaugural Paso Robles Jazz Fest feels like a natural extension of that mission — bringing together the finest jazz artists in the world, exceptional Paso wine, and the immersive beauty of this landscape into one extraordinary evening,” said Corey Jordan, founder of Libretto and the Paso Robles Jazz Fest.
Shuttle service will be available to and from the venue.
A limited VIP three-day pass provides access to events throughout the festival weekend. Pass holders will receive access to a private concert on April 23 featuring Sullivan Fortner at Libretto. Events on April 24 will include performances by Max Haymer, Molly Miller, and Michael Ragonese, along with food and beverages at S’Aranella Restaurant and SERIAL Wines, and a Champagne social. Performances on April 25 will feature Benny Benack and Peter Smith, Paul Cornish, and Christian Sands, followed by a winemaker dinner and artist meet-and-greet at Les Petites Canailles.
The April 26 finale will include a multi-course dinner and performances by Biro, Clayton, and Eigsti.
VIP pass holders will also receive early access to artist meet-and-greets, reserved seating at festival events, food and beverages throughout the weekend, and a festival gift bag.
Single-day passes will provide access to performances across downtown Paso Robles venues, along with food, beverages, and a festival gift bag.
