Sept. 4 Paso Robles City Council meeting canceled
– The Paso Robles City Council meeting scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 4, has been canceled.
Residents can livestream future council meetings at www.prcity.com/youtube and call (805) 865-7276 to provide public comment by phone. The phone line opens just prior to the start of a meeting and remains open throughout to allow comments on each agenda item except for brief reports and announcements by staff or the council.
Written public comments may be submitted in advance by emailing cityclerk@prcity.com before 12 noon on the day of a meeting. Submissions should include the agenda item by number or name. Comments are posted as an addendum to the agenda.
Council meetings are livestreamed and later available for replay on YouTube at www.prcity.com/youtube. Any writing or document related to an open-session item that is distributed to a majority of the council after the agenda is posted will be available for public inspection at the City Clerk’s Office, 1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles, during normal business hours, and may also be posted online at www.prcity.com/meetings.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals who need special assistance to attend or participate in a meeting may request support by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at (805) 237-3960. Requests should be made at least four working days in advance whenever possible.
