Series of earthquakes shake the Central Valley 

–A series of over 30 earthquakes hit all in the same general area along the California Nevada border overnight. The earthquakes ranged in size from 2.5 to 5.7 in magnitude. Three of the quakes registered over a 5.0, according to the United States Geological Survey site.

The earthquake was felt as far away as South Lake Tahoe, Fresno, Visalia and Merced.

No serious injuries or damages were immediately reported, according to reports.
