Sheriff seeks public's assistance identifying burglary suspectsSuspects appear to have tried to use stolen cards at Target in Paso Robles

–The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two men suspected of burglarizing two vehicles in Cambria on Feb. 28. In both instances, the cars were broken into while parked in a lot of the Santa Rosa Creek Trail Head State Park while the owners were out on the hiking trail.

The men are suspected of smashing the window of one vehicle and taking a cellphone and laptop which were laying in the backseat. The estimated damage and loss is approximately $1,800.burglary suspects

The window of the second vehicle was also broken into and a purse, wallet including credit cards, diaper bag, gold bracelet, and sunglasses were taken. The estimated damage and loss is approximately $5,000.

It’s believed the suspects then tried to use the stolen credit cards at the Target store in Paso Robles but the cards were declined.
