SLO Village hosting virtual conference on taking charge of end-of-life wishes

Take charge of your healthcare and your end-of-life wishes

–On Saturday, April 18, join SLO Village to learn how you can put yourself in the driver’s seat to get safer health care and make your end-of-life wishes known through an Advance Health Care Directive. The conference will be held virtually via Zoom at 10 a.m. to noon.

Susan Robinson, M.D. and Linda Beck, BCPA, will present straight-forward strategies for older adults and their loved ones to take control of these critical elements of late-life. The program is free, but reservations are required; please go to slovillage.org or call (805) 242-6440 for a Zoom link to attend online.
