Smoke shop robbed at gunpoint 

Suspect still at large Sheriff

–On Saturday, deputies from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of an armed robbery which had just occurred at the Nipomo Smoke Shop at 110 Mary Avenue in Nipomo.

A male suspect armed with a small handgun entered the store and robbed the clerk of approximately $350. The suspect then ran off into the surrounding area. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 30 to 35 -years-old, between 5′ 10″ and 6′ 0″ tall, approximately 180 pounds with short dark hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt possibly inside out and dark sweatpants. The suspect was wearing a bandana over his face during the robbery.
