Stratolaunch flight engineer to speak at Estrella Warbirds dinner
–Zach Reeder, flight engineer of the Stratolaunch Carrier Aircraft, will be a guest speaker on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at the Estrella Warbirds Museum dinner meeting.
He will be presenting on the design, history, and construction of the Stratolaunch carrier aircraft which was developed by Scaled Composites for Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen. The airplane has a 385-foot wingspan and is now the world’s largest airplane. It is currently undergoing flight testing and will serve as the airborne launch platform for commercial space launches.
