– The Paso Robles Joint Unified School District recently announced that Bearcat Laila Shea won the City of Paso Robles’s Martin Luther King Jr. essay contest. The student’s writing skills have earned her the first-place position in the competition, which commemorates the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther
