Get someone out side of the Paso long time circle of "good ole boys…" Make sure they don't know Jim App and know how to fix city streets, have programs for their local youth and might have some idea how to get the drugs out of the town.

The citizenry has a vested interest and therefore should have a say in what happens in our town and that means a city manager. The city manager has too much independence and there needs to be oversight – which I never see in Paso Robles.

Paso Robles needs a city manager that doesn't play lifemanship games, isn't corrupt, doesn't cover up the civil and criminal malfeasence of the Ole'Boy Clique, and cleans up the rot and decay in the North End of Paso.
