Supervisor Frank Mecham meets with constituents

San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Frank Mecham meets with his local constituents on a regular basis. Mecham was available Thursday afternoon at the San Miguel Parrish Hall. Between visiting constituents, the supervisor responds to emails on his cell phone.

Mecham meets every month with constituents in San Miguel, Paso Robles, Shandon, Templeton, Heritage Ranch and other communities in the 1st District. He says he’s been flooded recently with questions about water.
