Survey: Cal Poly students collaborate to improve Estrella Correctional Facility site
–Cal Poly’s City and Regional Planning First Year Graduate Students are collaborating with the City of Paso Robles and the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce to create concept visions for development of the Estrella Correctional Facility (Paso Robles Boy’s School) site.
The city’s objective is to make the Estrella Correctional Facility site productive, economically vibrant, and to stimulate activity that serves residents, businesses, and visitors.
