Suspect charged with felony arson 


– The Arroyo Grande Police Department filed felony arson charges on 35-year-old Jesse Hubble for his involvement in the 2017 fires that damaged residential property in the 400 block of Pecan Street.

Hubble was identified, as the suspect, after residential surveillance footage recorded Hubble at the scene of the fire. Hubble is on active parole and has been named as a suspect in prior arson cases. Arroyo Grande Police Investigators have filed five felony charged with the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney’s Office to include arson of an inhabited structure, arson of property, and three additional felony enhancements. Hubble is currently in custody on unrelated charges.
