‘Taste of Downtown’ returns Saturday
– On Saturday, Sept. 15, the annual Taste of Downtown will return to Paso Robles. With the purchase of the $25 ticket pass, participants can sample the creations from over 35 local restaurants, a brewery, wineries, an ice cream shop and coffee houses. Participating eateries and wine tasting for wineries located outside the downtown area will offer their creations in the park.
Downtown Paso Robles also will host the annual Arte de Tiza on Saturday, Sept. 15. The Paso Robles Art Association chalk-art celebration will feature chalk murals created by area artists on the sidewalk of Pine Street between 11th and 12th streets. Artwork will be in progress beginning at 8 a.m. the morning of the taste event.
Funds will benefit the Paso Robles Main Street Association free holiday promotions events. Passes may be purchased at the Main Street office, located at 835 12th St. Suite D, in the “Norma’s Way” alley, or by mail after contacting the association. VISA/MC/Discover Cards accepted.
