TCSD Board takes next step in hiring an Interim GM while taking care of business 

Templeton Community Services District (TCSD) Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, February 5th at 7 pm in the TCSD boardroom located at 5th and Crocker next to the Fire Station. The agenda includes:

Closed Session [b] Public Employment – Interim General Manager
 [10a] ACTION on the District’s Investment Policy
 [10b] ACTION on a new salary range for the Recreation Supervisor position
 [10c] ACTION on a proposed Deposit Agreement to be executed by the District

Engineer on behalf of the District
 [10d] ACTION on (1) a proposed agreement with Michael K. Nunley and Associates

to provide engineering support for Winery Development review in support of an Industrial Waste Discharge Permit and a specialized wastewater pretreatment system, and (2) discuss and consider authorizing the District Engineer to enter into this and similar agreements when there is a Deposit Agreement in place

 [10e] ACTION on Resolution 1-2013 that would establish Health Benefit Vesting Requirements for all new hires as of March 1, 2013
