Technology upgrades improve service at the Paso Robles City Library
–The Paso Robles City Library recently underwent technology upgrades designed to provide better customer service. Among them are the additions of a 15-minute express Internet computer for quick checks of email, printing tickets, or other activities taking a short time.
Two other upgrades increase customer privacy by allowing patrons to hide their screens from view if they need to leave their computers for short periods of time and erasing all patron documents once the patron has logged out. Another upgrade is the addition of wireless printing. Library patrons can now send print jobs to the library from their homes, laptops or devices. Printouts can be picked up the same business day at the library during regular hours.
