Templeton announces 2025 summer concert series lineup
Series will begin on June 11
– The Templeton Community Services District has announced the lineup for the 2025 Templeton Recreation Concerts in the Park series. The free concert series will run for ten weeks, offering live music every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Templeton Park from June 11 through Aug. 20. There will be no concert on July 23.
The lineup includes a variety of genres, including rock, country, blues, alternative, funk, folk, pop, and reggae.
The series will begin on June 11 with Petty Party, a Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers tribute band. On June 18, ULTRA will perform alt-pop-rock dance hits. The Joy Bonner Band will play funk, soul, and rock oldies on June 25.
Ras Danny Reggae, performing authentic Jamaican reggae, will take the stage on July 2. On July 9, The Molly Ringwald Project will play 1980s tribute dance music. Ghost/monster will perform multi-genre rock on July 16.
The series will continue on July 30 with the Josh Rosenblum Band, performing pop, rock, soul, and funk. On Aug. 6, Talie & The Troublemakers will bring dance rock to the park. On Aug. 13, The Platinum Beat will perform hits across the decades. The series will conclude on Aug. 20 with Monte Mills & The Lucky Horseshoe Band, performing classic country and old-time rock and roll.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring low-back lawn chairs and blankets. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from approved vendors. Beer, wine, and cocktails will also be available at the Templeton Mercantile booth, with a portion of the proceeds supporting Templeton Recreation programs.
