–On Nov. 6, the Templeton Community Service District Fire and Emergency Services welcomed Firefighter Jonathan Torres as the newest part-time member to the department. Firefighter Torres was given the Oath of Office by Fire Chief Bill White at a formal Swearing in Ceremony.

Firefighter Torres is a graduate of the Allan Hancock Fire Academy, as well as an EMT and former CAL-Fire seasonal firefighter. Chief White said he is pleased to have someone of Jonathan’s caliber join the Department. “Jonathan is dependable, enthusiastic, and has shown that he is someone we can count on,” said White.
